Can we set up and account with you?
Definitely. If you like our service and make regular purchases, we are more than happy to set up a 30day credit account. Otherwise, we accept all forms of credit cards or efts.
What is your refund policy?
Once the proof has been approved and the order has gone into production, it is non-refundable unless there is a difference in the print to the proof.
What is the turnaround time on printing?
This depends on the particular specifications of your order for e.g. the number of rolls or whether you have artwork ready on hand. We guarantee delivery within 10 days after artwork has been approved. We suggest that you have artwork ready as an EPS or high-resolution PDF file to minimize the artwork processing times.
What if I don’t have artwork ready?
No problem, we have an experienced in-house graphics team who is able to set up your logo and text to maximize the visual impact of the banner. The art setup service does come at an additional cost.
Am I restricted to buying 50m rolls?
Absolutely not. We are able to print any length you require. If your requirements are within 40 and 50m, it is more cost effective to buy a full roll and cut off any excess mesh.
What are your quantity & price breaks?
Please call or email for your company specific pricing. Our quantity breaks are 1-4, 5-9 and 10+. However, for quantities greater than 20 rolls, the quotation will be adjusted accordingly.
How do I install the mesh?
This depends on whether you chose eyelets or not. If so, simply cable tie the mesh to the fence using the eyelets. If not, simply cut a slit in the mesh and run the cable ties through those cuts
