Construction site fence banners for Alphabuild

Aug 05, 2019

ABOUT THE PROJECT:

Alphabuild Australia is a full-service construction company delivering quality projects primarily in the commercial and residential sectors. The company was looking to advertise its new projects with simple and bold signage that could be easily installed on temporary fencing.

The newest site at Hornsby was a residential extension, with a basement cut including underpinning of the existing structure. With a range of valuable equipment on site for the duration of the build, Alphabuild needed a fence to surround the site, providing privacy and deterring theft, as well as reducing dust from escaping into neighbouring properties.

Along with temporary fencing, it was identified that custom printed construction site mesh would be an ideal solution. The large blank canvas provided by the fence would be an ideal spot for advertising the brand. Additionally, the premium close knit mesh would reduce dust and debris.

Alphabuild sought a local supplier that could supply minimum print runs, rather than having to over-order large rolls of mesh. The project managers preferred to order individual panels on an as-needed basis, which would enable the team to move fence panels easily on site without removing a long roll of mesh from the temporary fence. Fence Banner Mesh ticked all the boxes as a locally based in-house printer, with very low minimum order quantities.

THE SOLUTION: FENCE MESH PANELS

Fence Banner Mesh supplied Alphabuild with 12 individual fence mesh panels. The staff on site could easily fix these banners to the temporary fence panels that were installed across the house frontage.

One of the key advantages of individual fence mesh panels is the ability to remove or manoeuvre each temporary fence panel easily, without the hassle of having to remove a long roll of mesh from the entire fence. This is particularly useful where there is limited access on site such as in this project. If the fence panels often need to be moved, the mesh banners simply move with the fence, ensuring you can configure your temporary fencing quickly and easily and get on with the job.

As they are printed, hemmed and eyeletted individually, these fence mesh panels are a flexible branded solution. Builders and construction firms can fix just one sign or multiple signs to their fencing, depending on the layout of each unique site.

Printed on our premium banner mesh, these construction site branding signs provide 20% air flow and 80% block out. This means that the print quality is very high whilst still allowing for air to pass through so that the banners do not act like a sail in the wind.

The lightweight 280gsm mesh is made from UV treated polyester mesh and is 2.4m wide. It is available in common fence-friendly sizes including 1.6m or 1.8m high.
