Taylor Constructions were looking for a creative way to advertise their new home development at Austral to potential buyers. Taylor Constructions needed a highly visible premium fence fabric solution to ensure maximum exposure.
Taylor Constructions is set to deliver 22 residential lots in the suburb of Austral NSW. The Arc at Austral development is valued at $8.9 million. Furthermore, the 3-acre rural land subdivision will yield varying lot sizes up to 500 square metres.
Austral is part of the Southwest Growth Centre. Consequently, Austral benefits from the rapidly expanding infrastructure in the surrounding area. This includes the extension of the Southwest Rail Link, and in particular, Western Sydney Airport.
Our customer, Taylor Constructions, are responsible for bringing this project to life. The R2-zoned lot in the Southwest growth corridor has already had much interest from the public.
The construction zone is set back from the main thoroughfare. Therefore Taylor Constructions looked for a creative way to advertise the homes to potential buyers. Furthermore, Taylor Constructions needed a highly visible advertising solution, to ensure maximum exposure.
Fence Banner Mesh supplied 100 metres of our premium fence fabric along the front boundary of the site. This provided high quality and highly visible branding. Furthermore, it advertised how potential residents could find out more information.

An excellent durable option, the premium quality mesh has a site life of up to 4 years. It has an excellent receptive base for our Absorb-Plus inks, giving the ability to print both elaborate designs as well as block printing. No matter how big or colourful the design, it will transfer accurately to our premium fence fabric.
In this case, Taylor Constructions went for 100 metres of a simple yet bold design. Workers attached the premium fence fabric to the temporary fencing, providing privacy, branding and dust control. The mesh comes hemmed and eyeleted for quick and easy installation. Simply fix the premium fence fabric to temp fencing with cable ties, tie wire or rope. The eyelets increase the banners life by reducing rips and tears in high wind or long-term installations.
The Arc at Austral development is targeted for completion in November 2018.
