Premium Fence Fabric for Lipman

Apr 11, 2019

About the Project:

Construction specialists Lipman secured the contract to design and construct a multi-deck car park at Wenty Leagues Club in Western Sydney. The project is valued at $16 million and will comprise a 6 level multi-deck car park containing over 770 new car spaces.

During construction, Lipman chose Fence Banner Mesh’s printed banner mesh to cover their temporary fencing, providing both privacy and promotion.

The site is located on the Great Western Highway and is subject to a large volume of passing traffic each day. Lipman required an anti-gawking solution similar to printed shadecloth that could screen the perimeter. The project managers sought a quality mesh that could provide privacy and deter onlookers who could potentially be distracted by the work site activities.

The highly exposed site also lent itself to a printed banner mesh installed along the highway frontage, which Lipman could use to promote their brand.

Our Solution: Premium Fence Fabric

Fence Banner Mesh supplied Lipman with 400 metres of premium banner mesh between January and June 2018. In addition to this mesh, our Fortress 2000 Series Temporary Fencing also surrounds the site. The banner mesh is easily installed onto temporary fencing for an all in one perimeter fencing solution.

Our printed banner mesh acts as a printed shadecloth, and is designed specifically to have a long shelf life. It stands up to the rigors of being rolled and un-rolled and transported between sites. An excellent durable option, the premium quality mesh has a site life of up to 4 years.

Premium printed banner mesh is a higher quality, finer mesh than printed shadecloth, and it is an effective solution to create privacy on site. Custom high fidelity printing on the mesh helps advertise your brand or project.

Standard roll sizes measure 1.6 metres high; constructed from tough UV treated polyester banner mesh. This premium fence fabric blocks out 80% of vision, and comes with finished edges and eyelets every metre, for easy installation on your temporary fence. Fence Banner Mesh applies a full-colour print to white fabric, which is printed in house. This enables us to achieve excellent quality and fast turnaround. Our printed banner mesh is an excellent receptive base for our Absorb-Plus inks, which give an excellent finish on both elaborate and simple designs.

This project was completed in November 2018.
