Sydney builders Hiban Group have brought their 30+ years of professional building experience to a revolutionary project near Parramatta.
A 41 room boarding house at Harris Park aims to shepherd in a new breed of affordable accommodation, without the stigma of social housing. Hiban Group are working on this modern development, which also features retail tenancies underneath.
This contemporary 8 story building is currently under construction, with Hiban Group choosing to use the scaffolding as a prime advertising opportunity at this high-exposure site. The team needed a compliant scaffolding mesh that could showcase their logo, as well as providing privacy and stopping debris from escaping the site.
The project managers used 4 x 50m rolls of custom fire retardant banner mesh, installed on every second level of the build.
Fence Banner Mesh created a bold and high impact printed scaffold mesh with repeats of Hiban’s logo. When fixed to every second level of the scaffolding, the printed scaffold mesh creates a great impact on passersby in this busy area.
