The entire process from quoting right through to pick up was smooth and without any dramas. All staff who we dealt with were professional, appeared to be down to earth and not pushy. The final product delivery was exactly as the description on the website.
As it was my first time picking something up I wasn't sure where to go. So maybe better signage would help. Parking was also very limited and someone parked me in when I wanted to leave. The customer service girls where great. Very quick with my order, very friendly and helpful.
