Taking Care of Business and the Environment

PRINTING THAT’S BETTER FOR YOU, BETTER FOR THE ENVIRONMENT

The manufacturing of printed banners can have a significant impact on the environment. With the harsh chemicals and solvents commonly used, printing presents a series of workplace hazards. These include fumes, chemical splashes, disposal protocols, storage concerns and more. What’s more, the environmental impact is still present with solvent inks, even if they are disposed of in the recommended fashion.

Fence Banner Mesh was seeking another way to provide the same premium quality printing finish we have always provided, coupled with a more environmentally friendly way to print.

With the addition of HP Latex Printing Technology to our facility, our print processes have improved markedly and at the same time, we have maintained our excellent print quality.

FUTURE FOCUSSED

Reducing our carbon footprint and finding ways to reduce our environmental impact is a key part of our business plan. We go above and beyond simple regulatory compliance to reduce waste, and as such have identified better printing processes and solutions for the benefit of all.

Fence Banner Mesh’s custom sign printing team, along with the help of HP printing, support healthier printing for a better future. HP Latex Printing Technology provides excellent image quality and print durability.

This healthier approach to banner printing has many advantages. HP Inks enable Fence Banner Mesh to take care of the environment all whilst delivering amazing prints.

A HEALTHIER WORKPLACE

HP Latex printing has transformed our day-to-day operating environment. With the addition of these environmentally friendly water-based inks to our arsenal, we have been able to simplify regulatory compliance and create a safer and healthier workplace. Additionally, water-based inks have enabled our team to reduce the shipping, storage, and disposal issues that are part and parcel of handling solvents.

HP Latex Inks provide many advantages over the old technology of solvent-based inks. No special ventilation is required and HP Latex inks are also non-flammable and non-combustible. HP Latex inks are odourless, enabling the placement of banners in sensitive environments.
